Cluster is a form of association which usually takes care of common activities of organizations from the same or similar businesses which exist in certain geographical area, with the goal of advancement of business conditions, increase of competitiveness and joint appearance on markets, but also helps in solving common problems.

Business association Vojvodina ICT Cluster came into existence upon initiative from the ICT companies in Vojvodina, and this is a basic strength and top value of this cluster. On the other hand, its establishment found excellent reception with the provincial and republic governments who announced support to its work. All organizations and individuals who want, through rights and obligations determined in the association’s Statute, to give active contribution to future development of ICT sector in Vojvodina and Serbia.

By entering Vojvodina ICT Cluster, all members acquire voting right and certain obligations and rights, according to our Statute:

  • To take part in creation of the Cluster’s activities program;
  • To use services, assistance and protection in the country and abroad, and other benefits provided by the Cluster;
  • To make suggestions and give opinions in connection to making decisions, passing declarations and forming conclusions of the Cluster;
  • To start initiative and take part in realization of the Cluster goals, especially in the area of development and protection of its members and development of ICT sector;
  • To choose and be elected into management and working bodies of the Cluster;
  • To be regularly informed on all important questions about the Cluster’s activities, and to use business and other information made available by the Cluster;
  • To accept the Statute and abide to obligations determined by the Statute and other general documents and bodies of the Cluster;
  • To regularly pay membership fee;
  • To actively contribute, through their work and activities, to realization of the Cluster’s tasks and goals;
  • To preserve reputation of the Cluster’s members and reputation of the Cluster itself;
  • To not misuse, in their relationships with third parties, information about decisions and activities of the Cluster;
